Pets are not allowed

• Need to pay extra 1000 QR deposit ( insurance) you will give at check-in time 
  then it will be refunded at check out time if there is no damages 
• If there is any damage , it will be deducted from insurance

• 15 persons are allowed , if you want to add extra pax need to pay extra fees

• Kindly note that it’s not allowed to enter inside the villa before paying full rent amount
• Before check-in , you need to pay  extra Deposit ( insurance ) 1000 riyals CASH  , and it will be refunded once you check-out if there is no damages
• Any damage in villa will be deducted from the insurance amount , the owner is the one who will decide how much is the deduction
• Kindly make sure to check-out on time
• In case of making late  check-out, the insurance will be deducted or an extra day will be credited to you
• It’s not allowed to hang any thing on the wall like baloons or anything else ( inside and outside)
• it’s not allowed to move any furniture from their place
• it’s not allowed to smoke inside rooms,living room and majless
• it’s not allowed to eat on beds and on sofa 
• Its not allowed to use party explosives ( inside and outside)
• Its not allowed to swim in the pool directly after swimming in the beach, need to take shower first, to keep it clean
• Kindly do not use body tan oil ,hair oils  or sunscreen when you want to use the swimming pool , to keep it clean ,otherwise  the insurance will be deducted
• it’s not allowed to eat or to drink inside the pool
• it’s not allowed for childrens to swim alone, they must be accompanied by adults 
• babies must wearing swim diapers for pool
• the renter takes full responsibility related to the villa regarding any accident inside the villa
• the managment is not responsible for any lost or missing during your staying
• Pets are not allowed 
• Maximum pax is 15 persons
• Need to inform the management if you have extra pax otherwise the deposit will be deducted
