* Please treat the furniture, appliances, and all apartment contents with care.

* Kindly refrain from moving or rearranging the furniture.

* Reusable amenities are provided for use within the apartment and should be left in place upon departure.

* Please help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment by disposing of rubbish in the designated areas.

* Kindly avoid flushing tissues or sanitary products down the toilet.

* Please remember to take your key whenever you leave the apartment, as the door cannot be opened from the outside without it.

* If your key is lost or accidentally left inside the apartment, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

* Before checking out, kindly switch off the lights, television, cooking appliances, and ironing equipment.

* Please ensure all water taps, windows, and the balcony door are securely closed.

* Kindly leave the refrigerator switched on.

* Please follow the operating hours and usage guidelines of all building facilities.

* Children must be accompanied and supervised while using the facilities to ensure their safety.

* Kindly use only the parking space designated for the apartment.

* Maximum Overnight Occupancy: Two or three guests only.
