Day Time Ride: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM    300 QAR/ 1 Hour

SunSet Ride: 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM    450 QAR/ 1.5 Hours

• Children aged 2 to 18 years are welcome on board when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• children under 2 years old are not permitted.

1. Children count as passengers.

2. ID Required
At least one valid QID, national ID or passport is required per booking and must be presented before departure.

3. Rental Agreement
The responsible guest must sign the FÄLLÄ Rental Agreement before departure.

4. Arrival Time
Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for check-in and safety instructions.

5. Late Arrival
Late arrival will be deducted from the rental time. The original return time remains unchanged.

6. Return Time
The boat must be returned strictly on time. Late return may result in additional charges.

7. Additional Time
Extension is possible only if there is no following booking and must be approved by FÄLLÄ. Additional charges apply.

8. Safety
Guests must follow all safety instructions and wear life jackets as instructed. Dangerous behaviour is prohibited.

9. Boat Operation
FÄLLÄ Boat is self-drive boats. No boating licence is required. The driver must follow all operating instructions.

10. Navigation Area
Guests must stay within the permitted area and avoid shallow or restricted waters.

11. Weather & Coast Guard
Trips are subject to weather, sea conditions and Coast Guard restrictions. FÄLLÄ may modify, delay or cancel a trip for safety reasons.

12. Responsibility
The responsible guest is liable for damage, misuse or fines caused by failure to follow the rules.

13. Contact During the Trip
Guests must remain reachable by phone and follow any instructions from FÄLLÄ staff during the trip.

14. Final Safety Decision
FÄLLÄ reserves the right to refuse or stop a trip if safety rules are not followed.

15. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to FÄLLÄ's cancellation policy. No-shows are non-refundable. If FÄLLÄ cancels a trip due to unsafe weather, sea conditions or Coast Guard restrictions, the guest will be offered rescheduling or another applicable option.

If the guest does not arrive and does not contact us in advance, the booking will be considered completed and non-refundable, as the time slot was reserved exclusively for the guest.
